Kanata. Sloped lot. Forty-foot grade change between the deck and the back fence. We engineered a tiered armour-stone retaining system, dropped in a 16×38 fiberglass pool, and finished it with hand-set granite coping and a 1,400 sq ft patio. Start to finish: eleven weeks.
